| CAUTION: | Hot Melt Adhesives release unpleasant smelling vapors when heated. Always work in an area the has an appropriate ventilation/exhaust device. |
Maximize successful bonding by removing all dust and acclimating boards and edges to room temperature of at least 18°C (64°F). Ideally moisture content of the wood should be 8-10%. Avoid drafts and process substrates at precise and correct angles. Use an independent lab, bimetal or electrical contact thermometer, and check it regularly. Adjust temperature as needed.
